- Conduct community mobilization and sensitization on value of education
- Conduct five NFE teachers training for 75 persons
- Provide adult literacy education for 2,740 beneficiaries (adult men 1250, women 1000 and 490 children out of schools and youth (15% girls)
- Provide 40 solar for 20 adult literacy teaching centres for evening
- Rehabilitation of 15 teaching centres and construction 5 new centres
